About YP Impact

YP Impact is a truly unique young professional's organization. Our goal is to engage our members with their community at a deeper level. We do this through a combination of networking and volunteerism.

Drinks, free appetizers, and business cards are fantastic - but networking should be about more than that. It should bring people together, so that a face and a story stick with the business card. It should wire people into their communities, bringing the pavement to their ear. It should help people to invest themselves in their community. That's what YP Impact is all about!

YP Impact hosts monthly events, which alternate between happy hour receptions at some of the finest bars and restaurants in Metro Milwaukee and structured volunteer events.

Mission: Young Professionals Connecting Communities

Vision: It is our vision to engage and inspire young professionals with a social platform and opportunities for community volunteerism, which leaves a lasting impact professionally and personally. This networking and volunteerism - coupled with training - will allow our members to meet with peers, expand business contacts, and learn fundamentals of leadership, to prepare them for future career endeavors.

This results in recognition to our engaged business community and a measurable impact among young professionals, local companies, and the community.

We invite you to check out our next meeting! A year's membership to YP Impact costs:

• $50 for the general public
• $40 for people employed by members of the West Allis/West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce
• $30 for college and graduate students

There is a standard $10.00 admission charge for nonmembers to attend our networking events (there is no charge for members). There is no fee or membership requirement to attend our volunteer events, although we encourage people to RSVP, as many of these events have space limitations.
