Milwaukee-based YP Impact has established a partnership with Stone Creek Coffee. The partnership will enhance both organizations’ vow to further assist and connect the communities within the Milwaukee area.
On Saturday, March 13th, two members of our board of directors, Jon Armstrong (Chair) and Shelly Bertholf (Volunteer Events Committee Chair) volunteered for the Hunger Task Force by participating in the city’s annual St. Patrick’s Day parade. Throughout the parade route, Jon and Shelly, with the assistance of other volunteers, collected monetary and food donations for the Hunger Task Force, which resulted in a total of $1,540.54 in cash and over 1,000 pounds of food!
Milwaukee-based YP Impact has partnered with Hunger Task Force to 'Connect Communities Against Hunger.’ The organization will host a food drive that will go through Friday, April 30.
“The time has passed where young professionals care only about themselves,” said Shelly Bertholf, YP Impact Volunteer Committee Chair. “Today, many young professionals genuinely care about creating a positive impact in their community. We are pleased and excited to partner with Hunger Task Force to help fight hunger in the Milwaukee area.”
